Alacritty is a free and open source terminal emulator written in Rust. It is cross-platform and supports GNU/Linux, BSD, MacOS and Windows. It uses GPU acc. Once installed, all you have to do is run alacritty-themes. Choose the theme from the list of options by typing the theme name and press Enter to apply. You can also navigate with j and k keys for up/down. The list of options are cycled through automatically so you can go to the last theme by just pressing up arrow key.

Install Alacritty Terminal Emulator on Ubuntu
Alacritty is available via the official Ubuntu PPA. You can install it via the terminal application. Open the terminal app (ctrl+alt+t) and run below command to add its PPA.
If needed enter your Ubuntu user password and press the enter key to confirm the PPA Addiction. Then run below command.

After that run alacritty Terminal Emulator installation command.
