A Borderlands 2 DLC will be released on Dec. 17 for the Xbox 360, PS3, Mac, and PC for $2.99.
The DLC is called How Marcus Saved Mercenary Day and is the third part of the Headhunter packs, which includes unlockable skins, heads, and new missions.
How Marcus Saved Mercenary Day is a Christmas-themed DLC, where the main villain is Mr. Tinder Snowflake, a snowman. The story takes place in Gingerton, reported IGN.

Game developer Gearbox previously put out two Headhunter holiday themed DLC's, Horrible Hunger of the Ravenous Wattle Gobbler (Thanksgiving), and TK Baha's Bloody Harvest (Halloween).
Yesterday Borderlands 2 became available for free download for PS Plus members.
